With a lifetime of ministry experience, He with the wife of his youth combines biblical knowledge, compassionate leadership, and a commitment to service to impact lives positively as role model of a Godly life and family in Christ.

Pastor Israel Smith holds a strong theological foundation of The Assemblies of God but serves as a Nondenominational Pastor and the skills to address the spiritual needs of diverse congregations. Breaking boundaries of religious mindsets. He has served and serves in various capacities, including preaching, teaching, pastoral counseling, and community outreach, consistently emphasizing the importance of faith, family, love and service.

Under their leadership, Olive Branch House of Worship in Surfside Beach has seen remarkable growth, both spiritually and in its outreach efforts. They have pioneered initiatives such as a heart for missions in India, Africa, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mountain City Tn, strengthening the church’s role as a beacon of hope to families. 

Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Israel Smith is a devoted husband to Kelley Smith, father of 3 girls and 1 boy,  who enjoys leading God's people into His presence through corporate worship. He is committed to nurturing discipleship and ensuring that OBHOW remains a welcoming place for all nations of color and creed with the word and love of God.
